Best Value PoE Dome Camera - REOLINK Wired Outdoor Security Camera
The Reolink PC and phone apps both work great and these are probably the best Power Over Ethernet (PoE) cameras for the money. Pros: - Excellent picture quality - PoE means you only run one Ethernet cable per camera for power and data - Reliable performance - Works well with Blue Iris PC software for advanced home recording setups Cons: - Requires a PoE switch (standard for this type of system) Great for anyone setting up a wired surveillance system. I use them with Blue Iris on a home PC as my recording hub and they're fantastic. Would I recommend? Yes, 5 stars.

Finally free from subscription traps — absolute game changer for home security!
switched to Reolink after dealing with Blink (which was an absolute garbage experience) and Eufy (which was slightly better, but still suffered from the flaws of all Wi-Fi cameras: you're completely dependent on cloud algorithms to trigger recordings, and the endless monthly subscription fees pile up until you're paying a ridiculous amount of money just to access videos that should rightfully belong to you). A friend recommended Reolink, so I decided to make the jump. I bought the standalone NVR without any bundled cameras and started building my system step by step: first a Duo 2V, then my first RLC-520A, followed by a second one, and now I've just added my third! The camera performs exceptionally well. The 5MP resolution in the areas where I use them is top-tier, delivering crystal-clear video in every situation—heavy rain, harsh sun, night vision via infrared, or full-color night vision when exterior lights are on. I don't regret buying these cameras in the slightest, and I've already recommended them to several friends. The build quality is rugged and strong. The housing allows for great adjustment flexibility to suit your exact mounting needs, and the fact that they are PoE (Power over Ethernet) makes everything super easy with just one single cable handling power, audio, and video. If you are thinking about which security cameras to buy, and this model fits your needs, don't overthink it—just buy them. You won't regret it.

Decent camera at a good price.
Connect ok and provides good video - just took a while for me to figure out that the newer firmware for the NVR was logging into the camera, changing the password to a random new password and adding it. Used to be you had to connect first with the app, give it a password and then type all that into the NVR to add it. This caused a few hours of following the reset directions and trying to add it to the app with username: admin and the default no password, which failed spectacularly since the NVR saw it and did all that automatically.

Solid Camera That Gets the Job Done
Picked this up for outdoor security and it’s been a good, reliable camera. The video quality is clear, it performs well outside, and it’s been consistent without any issues. Does exactly what you want—keeps an eye on things without needing constant attention. Setup was straightforward, and once it was up and running, it’s just been doing its thing in the background. Overall, a solid camera that works like it should.

Nice, sharp camera Quality
I like the Reolink system, and have 5 cameras set up as well as a doorbell camera. I appreciate the image quality and ease of setting it all up. Easy to install and works great so far. Night vision is great and detects movement for quite a distance. I have connectivity issues with the app on my phone, but the system in our media closet is strong and works well.
