I'm doing everything I can to upgrade a bunch of my technology to USB type-c and it's super easy, I got 20 of these things for like 5 or 10 bucks and it's all great value for what I spent, great Quality also! As far as type-c female ports go it connects extremely well it fits very well it is all around a great product for any amateur technician or hobbyist or someone who just likes to thinker like me. I need to grab a few other supplies before I can make some of my projects properly work but 10/10 would by again

Works fine to deliver 5 volts if you have a USB to USB-C cable going into it. If you want to get more than 5V, note that this component does not have the ability to communicate with the other end and request that much voltage. Would give four stars, but the CC pins are not connected as they should be to automatically request 5V from sources that require a request. This will not be powered by any modern standard USB-C source.

Polarity correct for replacement but the pcb makes the assembly too high for direct replacement positioning. 5 volts usbc. Not configurable for other voltages (or not easily).

It's a bunch of 4 pin USB-C breakout boards, not much to be said, but they do work quite well.

These worked perfectly when I made my own ESP32-C3 (with WLED) light controller project. Header pin throughholes are properly spaced. I secured directly near edge on my perfboard with header pins, and clipped the excess. Then carefully hot glued this breakout to the perfboard. This provides great mechanical sturdiness. If needing a port on the outside of an embedded project, I recommend searching for a version with a plastic buckle around it (for panel mounting), rather than this breakout meant for direct application to breadboards / perfboards, etc.

This is an easy way to add a USB-C port to a project that has a custom 3D printed case to deliver 5V to the project in a way that is convenient. The USB connector breakout boards come on a single, scored PCB which have to be broken apart to use. This is simple and it protects the USB ports from damage during shipping if they were not individually packaged.

Arrived on time and work as intended. No complaints!
