What temperature do you wash this cloth at? No label sewn on to advise or what to use

I wash all my car cleaning microfibre cloths including this one on a cool 30 deg C wash without any fabric conditioner. The cycle I use is a quick wash which is 37 mins long. I haven’t noticed any degradation in performance of the cloths. Hope this helps.

Can you please tell me if both sides of the Fishscale cloths are equally effective or just the more shinier sider. Thanks

Both sides are equally effective with the right technique. Work on generally clean glass, spray some product sparingly then follow the "box method" with a cloth folded up twice, applying equal pressure with your palm.
