⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've tried several sleep supplements over the years, and these are by far my favorite. The strawberry flavor is delicious, and I appreciate that they're sugar-free and vegetarian. They help me relax before bed without making me feel groggy the next morning. I usually take one about 30 minutes before bedtime, and it helps me fall asleep more easily while still waking up feeling refreshed. The combination of melatonin, L-theanine, chamomile, and lemon balm seems to work really well together. The gummies have a nice texture, and the bottle lasts a good amount of time. I'll definitely be purchasing these again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable sleep aid.

This is my first time using this product. I’ve taken regular melatonin for years. These gummies really work and I don’t feel groggy in the morning. They allow a really good sleep. Happy with the product. Taste is great too.

These gummies do help me sleep a bit better but the ingredients make me feel restless prior to falling asleep. Not a comfortable feeling

These work great when necessary. I take two before bed when I really need to sleep. They are not as effective if you take nightly but work well if you have several days go by without using them.

I’m a longtime third shift worker. I’ve been doing this for over four years and in this process, I have tried literally every single melatonin product that is available online. First of all, it is already better tasting there is widely available. Aftertaste of it alone beats nearly all the competitive product in this market. Very easy to use. No chemical odor. However, what separates it from every other product in my opinion is the after effect of using it. It really does knocks you out to sleep and the sleep quality is amazing. What I like about this product is when you wake up, even with 2/3 hours of sleep, you feel completely refreshed. Which I haven’t seen in any other product with similar promise. It makes your body calm and relaxed, during the time of sleep, and also after you wake up. I would say if you are in hard-core melatonin user like me then get this version otherwise if you’re trying it for the first time, start with the lower dosage of 3 or 5 mg.

It does put you to sleep but I still wake up at 3 or 4 a.m. Wish it kept me asleep
