Every household should have a couple "inspection mirrors" readily available to assist with everyday install and adjustment tasks. For instance, we have an [overly, wife would say outrageously] expensive home theater system that needs frequent tweaking, often involving moving cable connections from a power amplifier to a pre-processor, or re-routing from a video monitor to a projector; without a device like this, one must move units sometimes weighing 100s of pounds; with the device, we can perform such operations without moving the equipment. We also use while lubricating our John Deere lawn tractor: try finding aligning grease-gun fitting to zerks by feel or memory without such device! Recently, re-hung large framed poster on wall and device allowed us to align poster cables with two projecting wall screws. Whereas there are devices with larger mirrors or fancier handles, we prefer the cheapest of this line with yellow handles.
