Please could you tell me the weight of the logs? Thank you.

Sorry did not look at weight.But more importantly they were quite Dry if a bit expensive

Is this sutibull for smoking meat

Hi, I am sure it can be used for smoking meat but I would think there are better woods out there to give the meat flavour such as Hickory. However, I am no expert. I use the Kiln Dry Wood on my Woodburner as it is cleaner than air dry wood and burns hotter for longer to give more heat. For meat though, you would perhaps need a slower burn?

Good but the price is volatile

I have been buying this for a few years from various outlets, and it's a good product. However, the price is volatile. I do think it's rather cynical to raise the price by more than 50% as Xmas approaches. I have given only 3 stars for value, since the price is so changeable. As for "presentation" surely that's irrelevant. (A stylish set of logs? Adorned with ribbon?) Try "usefulness", "heat", or "easy to light".

Disappointed at size and quantity. For more than £7, can be got for £3.80 locally. Not value for money. Thought at the price it would be double normal size.
