It did not work. I returned it. Amazon told me to just keep it and gave me a full refund.

Works well, USB-C port is for power only and that's not clearly marked on the plastic. You have to remember this is an OTG style cable for power

It didn’t work

I chose this because my new work computer does not have any of the “original” USB ports - they are all USB-C ports! It came with one adapter; however, both my mouse and my little keyboard have dongles for the old ports so I needed an extra one for my keyboard. This allows me to use one for my keyboard and bends. The only thing is, it does not seem to work to use a device in both ports - it’s either one or other. I still use it though because the converter that came with the computer is one small piece and would stick out far from my laptop. It also has no “give” and I move my laptop around a lot- to my lap desk, kitchen counter, or office and I am always afraid it will bend or snap off. Also, I have screens that wrap around on each side of my laptop and using the original converter that came with the computer was getting in the way of getting the right screen exactly where I want it to set. This converter bends and gives me the needed space and I don’t feel like it’s going to snap off when moving my laptop or even when I slide it in my laptop bag. I like it much better than the original that came with the computer; however, I am bummed that I can’t use both the regular USB, and the USB-C at the same time. I will keep it though because I still find it useful, but I did take off two stars for that.

Does not charge and male C-port disconnects mid transfer poorly made product and description it’s not compatible with Apple products

This adapter is priced right, but I definitely have mixed feelings about it. The item feels a bit flimsy, making me question its longevity. It also sporadically stopped working and I needed to unplug and re-plug. Its been a while now, and I haven't had to do it lately, so its possible that things just stabilized, but I am not particularly confident in relying on the adapter. I'll likely purchase a different one before my next trip.
