After baking the realisation can be sanded, drilled or filed. Use acrylic paints, watercolours, decorative powders or varnishes to enhance your realisation. ## Features

- TRANSLUCENT: polymer modelling clay, translucent after baking. It can be used to reproduce objects or foodstuffs that are truer to life.
- BAKING THE PASTRY: once worked, bake the dough in a conventional oven at between 110°C and 130°C for a maximum of 30 minutes. Odourless when cooked. Does not crack. Do not use a microwave oven.
- CHARACTERISTICS: Cernit paste does not dry. It is therefore infinitely malleable. Solid, it remains flexible and workable after baking. It does not rub off on hands or tools.
- HOW TO USE: Work the dough on a clean surface. Knead it to make it supple, then begin your creation. It can be sculpted, molded or used with other materials. Perfect for jewelry and reproductions.
- FABRICATION: all Cernit cooking clay is made in Belgium, near Liège. Composition VÉGAN.

I got this for my daughter who make 1/12 miniatures. She really like this White Translucent Cernit but it is not as translucent as she expected. Only very thin objects are turning really see through while most of the creations are milky white. On the positive note all Cernit clay is easy to work with, they are a bit softer than Fimo, but not too soft or sticky like some cheaper brands.
