Hello. does this product come with a charger?

Yes, it comes with a standard charger. Takes about 4 hours or so to go from mostly empty to full with the type of battery included.

Can I put a battery from the 36/40v max system in this impact driver?

NO... If you plan on doing this, call the fire department before you do !

Does this also work as non impact driver? For regular screwing and drilling?

I beg to differ with the other two respondents. theoretically, this should work as a drill with these caveats. 1) you'd need either a 'regular' chuck with a 1/4" hex back to lock into the impact driver to hold the drill bits, or buy drill bits designed for a 1/4" hex use. 2) if the material you are drilling into grabs the bit, as metals might do, the impact driver would start impacting and the drill bit might/could break. If the impact driver was the only device I had handy and was wanting to drill small-ish holes in soft-ish materials, I'd try it.
