Review: Works Great for my Histamine Intolerance - Really happy with the quality and price. They are very tiny pills in a blisterpack. I just cut a section out of the blisterpack to keep in my wallet so I can use them as-needed when I'm not home. I have to take these almost daily and they're a life-saver for me. When my lips swell due to increased gut histamine, these take care of it. (I have never had a full anaphylactic reaction, so I am not recommending these for that, which would require medical attention). But I am saying that these help manage my histamines so I can enjoy more foods. I usually take these right before or during eating a meal that has caused my lips to slightly swell. I have no other obvious symptoms of high histamines. I also take a daily antihistamine on top of taking these as-needed.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: what are the ingrediants in this product?**
A: I forgot to mentions that swanson's Daosin has 10,000 HDU (histamine digestive units) per capsule, which is a huge amount.  Histame is another product I used to take that worked but I was taking 2 capsule and each contained only 4,000 HDU.  I am not sure how much HistDao contains, but I am pretty sure as much or less than Daosin and that is why I switched to Daosin.

**Q: Will this withstand summer heat and a long international flight?**
A: I imagine heat if left in the mailbox may alter the potency, but I'm not sure. It is best to contact the manufacturer.

This product is a big help. My wife was diagnosed with BHD. She doesn't product DAO at all? or enough of it - this helps her digest food more easily. When you can digest - everything improves. Good quality, Arrives on time. Regular subscriber.
