Good for small microphones but it's gets over balanced with some condenser microphones (I use a Rode NT-1 microphone)

Solid, sturdy and fantastic value
This is a great microphone stand - especially for the price. It's solid, sturdy and fantastic value. I mostly use it with a shotgun microphone for video shoots.
