I noticed a positive difference in the enlarged pores and blackheads on and around my nose. The first step is great for softening and opening your pores. The cotton swabs are pretty much useless and I couldn't figure out how they would help remove any blackheads - I ended up using my own comedone extractor instead and that worked great. The second mask is soothing and helps to calm any irritation.
