Do these work with diaper genie expressions?

No it does not. Purchased and does not fit.

Do these work with the diaper genie complete?

Yes!! Perfect fit, they are thinner than the diaper genie brand, but hold up well.

Are these scented or I scented?

I believe they are un scented. I buy them for my mother-in-law for her in continence pads. I’ve put them in her genie and never smelled and scent. Hope this helps.

How many bags per refill?

Each come with "280" bags but it's one giant bag in place of individual bags. It's one giant bag that you have to tear off using the diaper pail you own. You have to tie a knot at the bottom and when you tear it off tie a knot at the top (it looks like a huge sausage link made out of diapers)
