Excellent value. What a deal.
What is the price of this unit? Exactly. And for that, it is an amazing unit. Fully functional right out if the box. Intuitive set up. SIMPLE wiring (took me 30 minutes while distracted to wire everything). Simple install. And it worked the first time. Touchscreen is as precise as my iPad. But not as good as Samsung touchscreens. Could easily sell for double or triple, and it would still be worth it. Fit perfectly in my original 1995 JEEP Grand Cherokee Limited. Does not look out of place like the bigger screen models. Bluetooth, backup camera, etc. What a steal for this price point. Be SURE and get wire harness adapter and installation adapter for your particular car/manufacturer.

excellent product, not too hard to install, not familiar with apple play
Great item, i had no idea this really existed until my old head unit started going out. This went in a 98 Corolla sedan. Its surprising when you get it out of the box how small in one sense it is - but since no more CD player, the unit is about 3ish inches shallower than old cd units. The instructions are simple and i was able to identify all my wires from my previous harness from the other replaced stereo. My old corolla required a dremel tool to cut out the opening a little bit, which was not difficult at all if you are a do it yourselfer, and no fault to the unit (you can see that the unit is just below the ac vents so they are not blocked). The reverse camera that comes with it is simple and works ok, the metal screws in it are very small, not sure how they'll hold up in weather, etc, but hopefully ok. Plenty of wire to run to the back of the car. I'm not intimately familiar with apple play ( i do have an Iphone) and it seems pretty decent. I cant read texts on the screen, but i can touch the menu and i believe it will read the last unread text. on google maps i cant pinch the screen to zoom in and out, there are arrow keys to move around but not same. having the larger display for navigation is worth it alone. i don't know if the external wired microphone really works - i read other reviews that said it didn't and i don't think if it hold it close to my face it really picks up much ( I think it's using the mic on the unit itself) overall very happy and would recommend. another small complaint is even when headlights are on and unit is in night mode, the lights around the usb plugs are still bright. there may be a function to turn off but haven't looked. they are a little bright, might even put some small tape or a black marker on the area to dim.

Bad wiring on Terminal
The first radio , the backup camera did not work and Amazon did a great job of replacing it right away. The second radio the same thing happened , no backup camera as connections shown in the Operation Manual provided by the seller. I requested contact with the seller to see if they could help in getting it to work. They kept telling me to look at the Manual, their Manual did not tell you anything helpful. I went back and forth with their information person hoping to get answers to my questions but was told they would take it up with the engineers and get back to me. No answers were to come. I had to go out and buy a car antenna, $19 USD to get this to work on my bench. I then checked out the wires on the power Terminal. I found the Pink wire that was to be connected to the Video red power already has 3.5v power comming from the radio. I then tried the wire above the pink wire , which buy the way was not the color that matched Owners Manual. Anyway installing it to the video red power and when I turned on the reverse light the backup light workef. So I reversed the 2 wires in the power Terminal so the pink wire matched the Owners Manual. I shared my hours of testing the radio with the seller and asked for an additional radio for my compensation of buying the antenna and for fixing their errors in their Owners Manual. I thougt this was a small ask for the fix I gave them, but it went on deaf ears. It is a nice radio, but not worth buying unless you want to spend a few hours fixing the sellers errors to get it to work.

Closer to 4.5 stars but impressive value
For a budget-friendly radio, this one delivers a lot for just $60! The Bluetooth connects instantly without any hassle, making it super convenient for hands-free use. Android Auto requires a USB connection, but I prefer using Bluetooth, which works great. The sound quality is solid, though I suspect my truckโs small factory speakers are the limiting factor. The backup camera functions well, though not as crystal clear as advertisedโbut it does the job just fine. I think any minor interference might be due to EMF from the spark plug wires, rather than the unit itself. The touchscreen responsiveness could be slightly better, but for a sub-$65 radio, it's more than acceptable. One minor downside is the remote control only works when pointed directly at the radio, which limits its usefulness a bit. Overall, if youโre looking for an affordable upgrade with solid features, this is definitely worth considering.

Decent for the money
Pretty good and works well. The touch isn't super responsive, and the first one I bought broke almost immediately. The screen worked but had no sound. However they replaced it and the second one has been working well for a few months now. There is no way to release the receiver from the mounting bracket once installed. The release tabs are behind the edge of the screen so there is no way to get a tool in behind it. So I just installed the mounting bracket loosely so I can pull the whole thing out if I need to.

Great for price
For the price you canโt go wrong. I have had it installed for about a month or so now. Wiring took several hours but I was doing a very clean install of all my wiring and everything along the frame rail with heat shrink connectors and plastic coronated wire tubing for rear camera. Screen size is good enough for a single din and good picture. Takes time to figure out the layout and I do wish some of the buttons were bigger on the touchscreen. So the microphone wire was short and I wasnโt able to put it where I wanted it but found a spot that worked. Quality while talking is ok people can hear me but I have to speak up. The backup camera quality was kind of pixelated not the best but worked. The wire length was too short for my full size truck so I had to get a longer wire kit. CarPlay with gps only works when plugged in. But you cannot listen to the radio when using gps only your apps on phone for music. So when Iโm the mood for local radio just use iHeart radio. Again that is only when using gps radio works fine just by itself no CarPlay. Kinda dumb but whatever. Bluetooth works well but again only for music no gps or anything unless plugged in. But guys itโs a $50 radio. Buy it! It works great for what it is. If youโre looking for all the fancy features letโs just say you get what you pay for. Iโm on a budget and I would buy it again. I have a 2005 Dodge 2500 5.9 4x4 CCSB SRW If it helps anyone with same truck my reverse light wire on the rear drivers side light harness was a white wire with the LIME green stripe. There is also a white wire with green stripe so be sure to tap into correct wire.

Huge upgrade for my truck โ wireless CarPlay is smooth and the screen rocks in winter
Slapped this 6.9" single din touchscreen stereo in my truck here in Clearfield, and it's a total game changer. Wireless Apple CarPlay connects right away โ no plugging in with frozen fingers when it's 20ยฐF out. The IPS screen is bright and sharp, no glare even with snow reflecting off the dash or low Utah sun. Touch response is quick for Maps, Spotify, or hands-free calls. Bluetooth sounds clear, backup cam kicks in auto when reversing (night vision helps in dark snowy lots), and the included cam was easy to wire. Install took about 45 mins in the garage โ matched wires no problem, fits the single din slot perfect. EQ lets me crank the bass for road trips, FM/AM picks up stations fine. For the price, this thing feels premium โ way better than the old factory radio. If you're tired of shaky phone mounts, grab this.

It's a stereo
You know something's up when a $50 stereo with a touchscreen claims to do everything that a proper brand like Sony does, and it rings true here. The screen constantly flickers, not because the display is loose or something, but because the brightness setting will randomly go to 100 then back down to what you had it set at. None of the settings you change besides a select few actually stay between driving sessions; as soon as you turn the car off, it's memory is wiped. There's a constant buzzing that the stereo lets out at all times. This could be my shoddy install, but I've done stereos before and never had this issue. The sound quality is absolutely terrible, you will be constantly switching between "this is too quiet" to "ow my ears are bleeding." There's no sub and barely any bass, and the mid range is super muddy. The camera quality is terrible if you can believe it, the refresh rate is super slow and I don't trust the distance gauges even somewhat. CarPlay only works if you connect your device into the button USB port, not micro USB or the top port, or god forbid bluetooth, you have to be hardwired to the car and half the time you try to get it to launch into CarPlay it will just sit there like you're dumb. All this being said, it's still kind of amazing they managed to fit all of this tech into a single device for $50. It does nothing remotely well, but it does technically have it. If you really need the creature comforts of modern entertainment centers you should really spend the extra ~$150 to get a halfway decent one, you're going to ruin your car's sound quality so you can stick an iPad in the middle with this thing. If you wanna stay in this budget, just get a basic stereo with no touch screens or any other bells and whistles. It's honestly impressive how good even a NORMAL (no touch screens or other nonsense like this) $50 stereo can sound these days.

Value for money.
Very responsive. Works well. Carplay is wired. It was a tight fit. Some way to detach the display might have helped with installation as the display is bigger than standard single din stereo.
