The height adjustments makes it useable for probably 150-185 cm tall people comfortably. I'd even say it's still ok if you fall outside this range a little. it's very very stable when using. No wobble, no sign of it collapsing. Which is very reliable and good. Very comfortable to hold as well. The portability is what sells this item to us the most. If you do not need a cane 24/7. but would like to have one sometimes. This is the item to carry!
