LOve this fan. Whisper quiet. Very sturdy looking & quality built. Very heavy. So make sure you fix to a joist. Even when the fan is on full speed the body doesn't ant shake like cheaper fans.

niggle problem
great fan the only problem was the slot and the piece of metal that goes in the slot the piece of metal was to big, so I had to go and by a file to make it fit into the slot.You have to make sure the tolerances are correct I could have put this up in 30 minutes instead of 3 hours, the time it took me to go to the shop, then file it down plus the expense.

great quality and well made
This fan is really well builta lot heavier than i thought it would be. Relativly easy to installbit tricky fitting the lamp holder part, but the rest ok. Just make sure its screwed to a ceiling joist as too heavy for plasterboard plugs. ive got a 25w halogen bulb in it but really does need a 40w as a bit dim.

Incomplete
This is the second fan of this type I have purchased. This one came without a bulb or batteries for the remote control. Not convenient at all.
