This pillow has saved my sleep life! Recently, I developed pain in my left hip/butt cheek. It is only a problem when I am lying down. If I fall asleep, fast enough, the pain won’t bother me, but if it takes too long, I can’t fall asleep. using this pillow has properly aligned my legs and hip. I am able to flip-flop in bed throughout the night without being awakened by a sharp pain. This pillow is allowing me to sleep through the night! It is comfortable, cooling and firm. The reason I purchased this pillow is because it has a strap on it. I was worried that as I turned in the night that the pillow wouldn’t stay in place. The strap is fine, but I actually don’t need it to sleep.This pillow is such great quality. I have actually brought it with me on a vacation trip that I recently took. I don’t think I will ever sleep without it again. It is so worth the purchase.

I’m really happy with this knee pillow. The height is perfect and gives great support between my legs while sleeping on my side. The memory foam keeps its shape and helps keep my hips and back aligned. I also love the strap because it keeps the pillow in place all night. This knee pillow is well made and worked to take pressure off my hip. I had no problem keeping it in place when I slept with my knees stacked, even without using the elastic strap. But as a side sleeper I don't really spend much time with my knees stacked, I prefer to bend one knee towards my chest and straighten the other leg. This pillow doesn't work so well for that. I purchased a soft pea shaped pillow is more comfortable for the way I sleep. This product does work as advertised and we are keeping it for my husband to try.

Way too thin in center so my knees still touched. Worthless for me, but everyone is a different shape and I expect would work well for some.
