What type of B12 is in this product?

I'm not sure what you mean by type of B12. If you're referring to synthetic or manufactured B12 this product would not have that type B12. All their products are from natural sources. I use the ForTil B12 for helping with muscle cramps. I have used Standard Process products for many years. They are a quality item with many health areas addressed by their many many products. They aren't expensive so you can try this one for B12. It has other things included which aid with your immune system. Hope this helps.

Why is price so high from Amazon sellers? I buy this same 90 capsule bottle from my chiropractor for $18.

Buy where you can get it for the best price. I agree there seems to be some pandering with prices on Standard Process products. Why, I don't know.
