Seems like a very good product.
I'm using these for a model railroad project, where they will power the lights in the canopy or valence over the railroad. The LED strips I'm using will, taken together, require about 250 watts. I first used those power supplies that are in a metallic case with screw terminals for the house current and outputs, but the fans on those drove me nuts. I tried some others, but they either got too hot or were ultimately under powered. These? These seem to rock. A little more expensive, but no fan and 400 watts. They get pretty warm (call it about 125 degrees F) but never so hot that I couldn't keep my hand on them for more than 10 seconds (which is one of the tests of how hot something is). They are well built, they "feel" nice (which I know sounds weird, but they do feel like a quality piece of equipment). I like that they are semi-potted, which distributes heat evenly. I like that their aluminum case is their heatsink. I purchased four of them, and run each of them under 250 watt load for 12 hours each with no problems. If they fail me, I will come back and adjust the review, but, as of right now, I really, really like these things, and I hope they don't' let me down.

Very impressive build quality, works perfectly
This thing is built like a tank, even the packaging is impressive. installed and working silently (a worry sometimes with a step down transformer/bridge rectifier) and does not waver. Provides perfect power and does not heat up. Very nice unit for the price.

Excellent build quality
Excellent build quality, I'm not worried at all about it failing. Keep in mind though that you cannot use the voltage selector to dim a 24v because the setting just below that makes the light something like 20% of its 24v brightness. The switch that makes the light fade-in smoothly upon power-on is wonderful (doesn't fade out though).

Decent quality
This thing is great and it works good. I like that. It has the switches for dimming. It feels well built and durable. And it’s pretty straightforward on how to install it.

Awesome little supply for LED strips
Great little power supply. I had three full LED strings being powered by a 6A 24v power brick but it was getting uncomfortably hot. This power supply powers the same 3 strings without even getting warm. I plan to add a 4th string and have no worries about it being able to handle it. What is even better is I can easily mount it under my desk, unlike the power brick. I do wish it didn't use spring terminals for the mains connection. If it used a computer cable, that would be much nicer. The whole unit is potted which also points to a quality power supply. I was hoping I'd like the "soft start", but as others have said, the ramp up takes way too long. I am powering this from an outlet controlled by a wall switch. You have to wait almost 5 seconds to walk into a dark room which is annoying. So I turned that feature off but otherwise very happy.

Try another brand
Used this with the lights of the same brand and it blew the fuse so it didn’t work. It was also complicated to install.
