It's expensive. Not entirely sure if the benefits are more of a placebo effect or actually scientifically proven but I personally did not feel any improvement(s). It was easy to swallow and the flavor wasn't an issue for me but after using this for a few weeks, I did not notice any tangible difference. Not a fan of taking unnecessary pills to begin with so I probably will not be using this again.
