It may not be as famous as our Black Pudding, but it is equally delicious. Unlike our Black Pudding, our White Puddings do not contain any blood and have a much more subtle flavour. Made from 100% natural ingredients, they have a high pork content which is mixed with chopped leek and onion. The rest of the ingredients being made up with cereals and a carefully selected blend of herbs and spices.
