I've packed a full size lotion, full size hand sanitizer, and the changing pad in one of the smaller compartments; a package of wipes, receiving two rolled up receiving blankets, two bottles of medicine, and a smaller sized baby powder in the other compartment; and filled the large compartment with diapers (can fit about 30-40 diapers depending on how you arrange them). Granted, we aren't taking the caddy out with us on hikes, but for being stuffed with plenty of baby products and being carried from one side of the room to the other, it holds pretty well.
