I very rarely write reviews, but I have done so on this occasion because I am so impressed with the product. I have bought a great many earbuds and headsets, most of which have left me very disappointed. However, in this instance, I am exceedingly surprised how good this product is for the money. It came well presented, which I should stress is the second unit I have purchased, this one being for my wife. I am exceptionally pedantic concerning build and sound quality, and after linking the headset to both my iPhone and tablet at the same time, together with my laptop later which it did within seconds, I played a number of variations of music to test the audio quality. Firstly, I was surprised at the sound levels. This is often a problem for me, but even at quarter volume, it was more than adequate. More importantly, the bass levels were excellent, and the EQ settings on my mobile telephone provided a substantial variation in sound options to suit all my eclectic tastes. I really like the boom mike that can be removed very easily as it is magnetic. This improves a telephone call whether indoors or outdoors, but you do not need to use it to carry out a call; it works perfectly well without the boom being attached. The controls are very easy to use with simple press buttons for volume, next or previous tracks, and call answering all close together on the right side of the headset. Because the unit sits on the outside of the ear, I have been able to wear it all day without any discomfort. The battery life has also proven to be very good. I am currently up to six hours of constant use and have not recharged it. The main reason for purchasing tis item was to use it during gym and running sessions. It works really well despite being in a sweaty environment, and the bluetooth range is considerably better than anticipated. Exceptional product and I definitely recommend it. Great present for yourself or anyone else for very little money.

In summary, it is a good and comfortable headset for home office and voice calls for the price. Mainly if you go around physically. Comfortable to use. Its design is intentionally to be something as "on the ear" approach, but without putting pressure on your ears. Loud enough. Good for meetings and voice calls. Valid to mention that if it is too loud, it might leak a bit of its sound to your environment (as most would do anyway). It is on this way by design as it is not an in-ear nor over the ear. This is because there is no physical isolation. However, it was made in this way to be comfortable for a day to day use. If you need total privacy, maybe an in-ear is the way to go for you. Just average for music. If you are looking for a headset with the primary goal to listen to music, this is not for you. Good noise cancelling (when you're not speaking). When you're speaking, it leaks a bit of your background noise. I couldn't test it on a very noisy environment to check how far it can go with the noise cancelling. Valid to mention that most apps such as Zoom, will help on noise reduction. However, if you're using it with the mobile phone itself or WhatsApp, you might notice some noise leak while you're speaking. It is handy, for example, if you are on the mobile phone or any situation in which you don't want to use the mute function all the time you stop speaking. All that said, it is good for the price. Good distance range. I went for near to 10m with one brick wall and one drywall in between. All good. It is stable. I didn't have any instance of random disconnections. Low latency with the apps that I tested. Because of its flexibility, it is good for moving around and to throw it in your bag when going around for working remotely while travelling, or if you use primarily with your mobile phone. I have another model from Giveet, it is the BH-M97 with its charging dock. It is a single ear headset and after every call I return it to the charging dock. If you are mainly using for your home office, and a on relatively quiet place, this might also be an option too. I am using the G9 headset mainly when I have to go outside. I find that having both was handy to me, and a good balancing.

I have delayed my report on these headphones as i have similar ones and wanted to give a long term test. Having had these for several months i can confirm these G9 are excellent value and have maintained their standard in audio quality, comfort and battery life. I have different versions from this manufacturer and these are my favourite everyday and at home use. I really like the G7 for office because of the excellent noise cancelling boom and easy to wear all the time when in the office... but because i can take the boom off these and still maintain good call and voice quality i only need to add the boom if excessive noise around me. So i can easily get on with everyday things without the neighbours and visitors looking at me strangely... it helps that my hair covers the ear pieces. My only regret it that there is not an app or means of knowing the level of battery or adding a little more control of features, but the battery lasts couple of days easily and so has not been a problem. Highly recommended. The only reason i have not given sound quality max points is that there is not the ability to adjust its profile,bass etc but for all round listening and voice clarity it is excellent.

I bought this because long meetings with "normal" headsets started burning my ears! Blue tooth connects without issue, really good range, my only issue is that you get the low power warning 2 minutes before it dies, so you need to keep it charged. Long Term review update: Having owned these for nearly two years, the battery now lasts for less than 1 hour, it was never even close to 12 hours as advertised on the product description, the power warning is now around 1 minute before they shut off. I still like them but battery life is pretty bad. That said... All of the above still stands, range is still good, sound quality is decent enough for meetings, not good for music.

Headset is not connecting to BT anymore, I tried to unpair but it will also not pair anymore- doesn't even show up as a BT device on my phone. When I turn of and on, it just says 'Pairing' but can't even pair it with phone or any other device. It's not even 4-5 months of since I bought them (in Dec 2024), and item already defective. I didn't damage it. I'm careful with it. Please send a replacement and I will update rating based on customer service, thank you!

Sehr gute Sprachqualität. Praktisch: Das Mikrofon lässt sich leicht abtrennen (Magnethalterung). Die Unterdrückung von Umgebungsgeräuschen ist nicht so gut, wie bei ähnlichen Konkurenzprodukten, dafür ist es wesentlich preswerter. Außerdem leidet bei einigen anderen Headsets die Verbindung zum Mikro mit der Zeit, was sie dann unbrauchbar macht.

Overall, for the price, these are a very good headset for work, which is what I'll use them for. I have much more expensive headsets too, that have better sound quality for both voice (mic) and music, but this headset is a good and inexpensive option for work. I plan to leave this at the office, while keeping my expensive ones at home. Other notes: • The headset is very lightweight, and quite compact. • Didn't come with a case or bag. • Feels pretty sturdy. I would just throw these into my backpack, and I think it’ll survive well. • The headband feels like metal cable wrapped in rubber. Feels sturdy, and holds its shape well. • Comes with 3 spare rubber covers for the boom mic attachment point, but I think it would have been better to attach the rubber cover to the headset somehow. • USB-C charging is a plus, and it charges fast • Manual is quite detailed • Built-in mic for when you don’t have the boom mic connected • the LED is only visible close to on-axis; if you’re off axis, have to pick it up or move on-axis to check charging status. • Boom mic arm only reaches my cheek. • Magnet is strong, but in a backpack, the boom might come off. • You can rotate the boom out of the way. • Feels very light when worn. Comfortable at first, but after wearing these for an hour, they were still okay to keep wearing, but there was slight discomfort where the rigid plastic of the drivers (not the ear hooks) was resting on my ears. • Very secure. They don’t slip when moving around. Could probably run with them but haven’t tried. • Because it has a neckband, it doesn’t go on top of the head and mess up your hair. • Sound quality is great and clear for meetings and calls. For music, not so great: lacking in bass, but can be equalized to be acceptable. Definitely not audiophile headphones, but they're not meant to be. • As expected (it's not a closed design), there’s sound leakage. When playing a training video at normal volume, in a quiet room, sound leakage was just audible from 2 metres away. Others might not hear it in an office with A/C running or other white noise, but if office is very quiet, others might hear it. When playing music semi-loud, leakage was audible from a few metres away. • Voice quality when using the boom mic is good but not as good as my best (much more expensive) headsets with boom mics. When using the built-in mic, voice quality is still fine for meetings and calls, but there is a bit of echo/reverb (same as all my other headsets with no boom mic). • Battery life in actual use is very good. I wore them for a training video for an hour, then listened to music for an hour. Still 80%. edit: I changed my rating from 4 stars to 5, because the few little shortcomings are more than offset by the price. Also, I wore these for 2-3 hours continuously today, and the discomfort on my ears was just minor. Not really a problem.

Very feeble mic volume even at max setting. Doesn't sit comfortably on the earlobe. The loop should be more aligned with typical ear shape. Not suitable for long period use due to this. But the deal breaker is poor mic volume and clarity. For prompt refund though.
