It had three fans on the fridge, but only two worked , by replacing the middle fan. Since then no problem **Q: Where exactly is this fan installed? and do I need a bracket?** A: Take the top vent cover off of the outside of the camper and you find at the back of the refrigerator the fan underneath the cooling fins. Our camper had a piece of sheet metal that needed taken loose to get to the fan. Each camper may be different.
