will it charge the ipad pro 11 and 2023 the ipad pro 14.1, 16 inch

Yes just make sure you have a compatible charger if is lower it than 20w it won’t charge an iPad, seen some people trying to charge with power bank with output of 7.5w or a 5w charger

The item header here says this cable is rated to 240 Watts, but the Anker website for this exact cable says it is rated to 100 Watts?

Not sure on that I don’t use it with a higher charger than a 65w charger not sure if it make any difference since your devices won’t charge at 100w if they are not allowed to take that much charge

Why is this cable so slow? 480 Mbps in 2023? We're on USB 4 and this is doing USB 2 "for efficient data transfer" - more like "slow data transfer"
