Hello, I bought this power bank but it has a defect. It stays stuck at 0% even while charging, and the device becomes very hot near the screen while charging. This is unsafe and clearly a battery issue. I would like to return it or get a replacement, please.

Since this can power device and charge at same time - I am using this as UPS backup power for my EERO router - and it works great. I can unplug the power in - and the router continues with no interruptions and runs for long time on this pack - easy to use display shows capacity left - very happy with this.

This portable charger has a sleek design with a nice smooth texture and easy to read display screen. However, in addition to its nice appearance, it also packs a lot of power. It charged my iPhone 11pro max from 20% to 52% in 30 minutes and only lost 6% of it’s charge in the process. This suggests that it could charge my phone from 0 to 100% more than 5 times, taking 90 minutes each time. It then charged my 12.9 inch iPad Pro from 53% to 80% in 30 minutes, and lost 13% of its charge. So, it could charge my iPad from 0 to 100% at least twice, taking 111 minutes each time. The charger is a bit heavy, but its heft corresponds with the fact that it’s packed with power. I personally like the size, weight and feel, but it’s not something that’s ideal to carry in your pocket, if you had that in mind. Perhaps the only negative is that for the USB-C ports, both can be used for output but only one is for input, but none of the ports are labeled so it’s not obvious which one is which. Also the the port labeled as “input” in my instructions was incorrect. Additionally the USB-C ports output at different amps (i.e. one charges faster than the other) but again, this isn’t labeled either. Fortunately the display screen gives immediate feedback whenever you plug something in. Hence, once you know, you know, so this isn’t a big deal. All-in-all, the charger works well, charges fast and remains cool to the touch throughout the process, so I can strongly recommend it.

-1.5: got what looked like a used product, where upper part of black window was all scratched up and product itself came w/o any wrapper inside the box. come on guys, don't do biz like this. people aren't stupid!!! -0.5: gray/black battery with white cable? come on now. I chose this over others because of 30Ah capacity, but definitely regretting and returning. 30Ah is gimicky (see below) and MAY not be true. -2: battery definitely isn't outputting as promised. when charging my macbook@45%, it only outputted around 40W @32% (see pictures)

This portable power supply packs lots of power in a small package. It is very well-built and feels nice and solid, like it is built to last. It is small enough to keep in your pocket and it is not so heavy as to be a bother. The digital display is super helpful, bright, and easy to read. I really appreciate knowing the status of the charge so that I can be sure it is ready to go when I hit the road with it. I like that it charges two devices at a time. It is great that it supplies enough wattage, 100 watts, to run my Dell Laptop. The USB-C connectors are the best way to go for connecting devices these days. I have had a number of power supplies to recharge and boost my phone and this one does so much more for very little extra weight and size. I like this portable power supply a lot and I recommend it highly.

At 30,000mAh, this power bank is no slouch and will last you a while. It's not light, but it is flat which makes it easy to store in a flat space (obviously- lol). It has 130w total, and you should note that no port will give you 130w, but the max you will getr is 100w on one of the USB-C ports. Like most chargers, it will split the 130w across the 3 ports, so the more ports you use, the more spread out. But if you are only using the USB-C ports, you would get 100w in one and 30w in the other. The only gripe I have is the LED readout. There is an LED readout that shows you how much power you have left, and also what the power draw is when charging. You can change the display via a button on the side. The thing is that the display is not easy to read for me. There is something about it - maybe it could be brighter or the LEDs could be more dense - but I have to actually look at it for a second to see what it's showing me. That said, I am thankful that there is a display to tell you what's going on.

I have been using it since 28-May-2024. I have two kids, a laptop and 3 phones. As we were going on vacation, I had to buy a good power bank and this one just delivered everything that I needed. Days ago I had a problem with the power bank and the support rapidly helped me.

None of the ports worked. Also i charged to 100% and when i made the video it was down to 89%.
