I absolutely love these sourdough slings they works awesomely with the Dutch oven or cast iron Dutch oven pots I’d definitely recommend them for bread baking of any kind.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wish I'd found it sooner

During Covid I took to bread baking, like many others. I always worried when I put my dough into the screaming hot Dutch oven or removed my baked bread from it I would burn myself. This was especially worrisome when the bread stuck to the pan and I had to juggle it and flip it to try to get it out. These make it so much safer and easier! I simply place the dough on the silicone sling to set it into the oven, and then lift the bread out on the sling when it's done. No chance I can burn myself!. The bread doesn't stick to the pan or the sling , making it easier to clean. The slings themselves just rinse clean - no scrubbing required. They are heavy enough that I don't worry about them breaking, but I am still careful not to lift them by the holes since I read about other brands that tore when lifting them this way. It also seems like the bottom of the bread burns less when I use them. Love these!
