This product was a little tricky to set up. Priming the filters is key and easy. Also had to toss out the first batch because it tasted and smelled the same. Reallly high chlorine. I figured out that I did not tighten the filters enough. Once I adjusted it my water tasted great and there are no smells! I am recommending this product to all my neighbors!! No more buying water and no more excessive plastic use!!

Easy set up! Just attached all of the filters together and fill it with water. We have it next-door sink and we use our tapwater which in Arizona is not great. The water purifier pretty quickly and taste amazing and clean when you fill it up with the tapwater you can smell the chlorine in the water and the water in the bottom is perfect. I highly recommend we’ve had ours for about six months and it still taste amazing we fill it up probably 2 to 3 times a day family of eight and I would definitely purchase again. It doesn’t leak unless you overfill it. The water taste so good. I definitely recommend.

Well packaged. Simple to assemble. Water filtering does not take long. Now my water tastes great!

Looks good and works well. Four filters for heavy metals, fluoride+. No instructions for installing 2 of the 4 filters, but figured it out. Spigot needs a little added pressure to assure closure (will leak otherwise). Taste seems good. Overall happy with functionality. Hopefully filters will last as advertised.

Finally getting a fluoride filter to eliminate that. Hopefully they stop putting it into the water altogether. Like many people said, priming the filters was a pain. The white fluoride filters were not so bad, but the black filters were quite difficult and made a mess. Water is flowing well and so far no leaks. I wish there were better instructions for installing the metal spigot, but there was only a picture for the installation of the plastic one. It felt rather confusing because the silicon grommets (or whatever they’re called) are convex on both sides, and you really have to squish them by tightening the bolt to make it a good seal. The white fluoride filters do displace some of the water, so the capacity of the lower chamber is about 1/5 less than the chamber would hold without the fluoride filters. The purified water tastes and smells great! Though it took about 30 minutes to set up, it wasn’t too difficult and so far no rust or leaks. Hoping this is worth the money in the long run.

My favorite purchase this year! I have had this filtration system for over 6 months. It is a life changer. Our city water is beyond gross, but this filtration system filters it to perfection! No taste of chemicals like chlorine or flouride. I have been able to stop buying water bottles. Well worth the money!

Product does not work. After assembling, the water never left the filtration tank to provide the clean water. Frustrating to say the least…

I absolutely love this water system! Yes it takes up some room (in height) but works absolutely incredibly! It does leak if it’s not perfectly together or too much water is put into it, but that’s rare for us! Love this
