Personally, I don't think the small would be too big. Take in to account that you can always return if it doesn't fit like you want.

To be honest with you I'm also the same size, weight and height as you and bought a size extra large but they fit a little tight and would recommend for you to purchase a size 2 xl only if the company sells this size. Other then me buying the wrong size; these camisoles are very soft, comfortable and don't shrink in the dryer on low setting after washing them but do wash in cold water or they will shrink when using the hot cycle.
