These unique reading glasses have a patented neodymium magnetic system allows the glasses to come together at the bridge. The head band is form-fitting and wraps around your head to ensure a snug, comfortable fit. Putting them on is simple. Just place the band around your head and let the magnets draw together at the bridge. Want to take them off? No problem. Just pull the magnets apart and the glasses will hang comfortably around your neck. That way you know exactly where they are when you need them again. Review: After having broken so many pairs of reading glasses, these are a relief to have. I now almost automatically put these around my neck whenever I go out and forget them - until I need them. Always have quick, easy access. At first I felt a little self-conscious about appearing old with them around my neck, but the convenience and ease makes you forget any of those thoughts pretty quickly. Unfortunately, I abuse these a lot, but they have held up very well. The only thing I might say is that the magnification does not seem quite as much as other brands (I know it varies a lot among different brands) so you might want to order up one level for good results. Still very good and effective for me.
