I plan to use this on a dslr for continuous streaming. will this be safe and stay on for a 10 hour session?

I don't know why the makers wouldn't mention this but I tested it today. I left it at 100 percent load for a little more than 8 hours. It held up and had a full battery afterwards so looks like it can run on power alone. Didn't get that hot either. Tip: I used a 3 amp wall charger to get this result. I don't know if you have any leeway to use anything less. Cheers

How long does the battery last at full power?

Per the description: 4000mAh Lithium battery provides 90 to 110 minute continuous lighting under maximum Power. I've not tested mine that long, but for 15 minutes solid on full it dropped just one bar..

Great modeling light , also can be used for the portrait itself, instead of flash. It has a rheostat dial to make it brighter or dimmer , but it also has a color control switch so you can cool the temperature of the light or make it warmer. That is very handy
