Worth for money
No issues, just plug and play.Have been using this for a week no issues found. Good benchmarks for the price, would recommend for anyone looking to start into entry level gaming.

Scams
I and Seller together trying our best to solve this issue! After replacing the msi GPU, problem is not solved yet. Suffering for 13 days. Pray for us! Update: After almost 15 days GPU problem is solved but new problem is arrived. System can't recognize the GPU. Update: After 7 Days all problems are solved finally. NOTE: They receive the call or call back. Problem is, they can't provide onsite service. 3 stars are just for their try for after sales service. Will update further. Update 31st Jan 2025: I've purchased from amazon refurbished for 6000 only. And the performance is better than this pc purchased for 24000 with GPU. It doesn't support Windows 11 but they installed forcefully, please check the attachments. Crap pc with great look.

honest and reliable service
I purchased a Cyntexia desktop around 2 years ago and have been very satisfied with the product. It has been running smoothly without any issues. The support team is excellent — they respond promptly to WhatsApp messages and provide quick resolutions. Recently, I faced a Windows activation issue, and Sourabh from the team responded swiftly and resolved it immediately. I truly appreciate their honest and reliable service. Highly recommended!

Amazing Product
I love this low-end gaming system for my business work and love to play some games in my spare time, and I have been using this pc for almost 6 months, and it is awesome. The support is also available whenever I face any issue with the system.

I am very satisfied by the pc , it is worth the money i spent , i thought to build a pc by using seperate parts but the price was very high until i found this pc by cyntexia i thought it must be fake to get these pc specs but when i saw the reviews , I ordered and it came out fantastic . I also tried gta 5 and it was on low graphics but it was good .

A great Value for money PC , you just go for it you will be surely be happy with highest configuration with a 2 yr warranty and at 21K its a great combination. Also the support personnel at the given number was very profession and prompt in helping. If you are looking to take up working for part time from home or content creator or video editor this is a golden choice - don't miss it !
