Can it dispense hot water only?

Where does the reusable filter go? It's not clear

The Keurig My K-Cup Universal Reusable Coffee Filter is used with your own ground coffee instead of a K-Cup pod. You'll need to remove the 2.0 adapter on the bottom of the accessory and remove the K-Cup Holder in your brewer in order for it to fit properly. Hope this helps!

Space saver, love the reservoir, brews super fast

I have owned a couple of Keurig machines over the years so I am not new to the brand. But I love this Keurig K-express and how convenient it is. This is a nice looking machine and it has a narrow design so it does not take up as much counter space as other models. I like that this has a reservoir for water which is different from other mini machines. This makes it much more convenient to use because I don't have to fill it every time I go brew a cup of coffee. This Keurig machine can brew 3 different sizes of coffee, 8 oz, 10 oz and 12 oz, so you can have a stronger or milder brew with just the press of a button. As soon as I put the lid down and selected the size coffee I wanted brewed it immediately began filtering water through my coffee pod and into the cup. This cuts down significantly on the amount of time it takes to brew a cup of coffee. You can fit multiple sizes of cups under the spout in different heights, you can remove the bottom part that catches any spilled coffee and fit a travel mug under it without any issues. This brews a delicious cup of coffee in very little time and is super convenient, a space saver and a nice design. Definitely a great purchase!

Want my coffee now

I bought one a 3 years ago I cleaned it regularly. When I cleanedit this time it won’t turn on after cleaning. Doesn’t even light up. Talked to my friends they said that thought was crazy to expect more than 3 years. It worked great until that last cleaning. Did I do something wrong? Great coffee maker up till this so I did order another one it is on its way. It I need coffee NOW. LOL
