I needed something to trim back larger limbs than my pruners could handle, and this worked great. I have a nice battery powered chainsaw, but it was overkill for what I needed. I'm 79 years young and found it lightweight enough that it easy to use. I love the fact that it comes with 2 batteries and a nice carrying case. It also has a nice pair of gloves and an extra chain.
