Perfect for my sewing room. The light is very bright, and the warmth and intensity are adjustable. The remote is simple and works well. I got the white and was pleased to find it to have a matte finish. I think this looks better than a smooth shiny one. It seems quite sturdy. I put it together in about a minute. I recommend.

I really like this lamp. Feels well made. The remote feels good and is easy to use and read. The different light “colors” are pretty sweet and really useful. Combined with the ability to adjust the brightness level, you can really dial in the perfect lighting for the moment. From reading and writing to watching late night TV, this lamp really lets you dial in the perfect setting. It’s good for a living room, bedroom or office. Highly recommend, and at this price point, you really can’t beat it.

This lamp is great. Nice bright LED lighting with adjustable temp for light color. the remote is nice, and makes it easier to adjust the temp and actual lumen levels on the lamp. The buttons on the actual lamp are a little difficult to use, but not impossible. I initially purchased this lamp to use as a spotlight on my bead wall so I can better see my inventory, but it works so well as an overhead light source that I plan to purchase a second lamp so I can have one at my workstation and one at my bead wall. The base is compact, but just heavy enough that the lamp isn't prone to tipping, and the rest of the lamp is so light it isn't top heavy at all even when the light is extended out. The gooseneck is easily adjustable, but the part with the light does get pretty warm after the light has been on for a few minutes. I would keep it away from delicate fabrics and potentially flammable items. I opted to just have it ship in it's original packaging, but when I reorder I'll be requesting extra packaging from Amazon because the box was not in good shape when it arrived. I was low key worried pieces fell out of the box in shipping because it was in such bad shape.

I really like this lamp, the light is good and the range of adjustment of the light is convenient. I use it for a craft light so it sits just over my shoulder and provides light just where I need it. Most of the adjustment is provided by the remote control, which is magnetic and easily attaches to the metal light pole within easy reach. I did have a problem with the lamp after a few months, but the company was very responsive and went out of their way to make me happy.

10/10 for the price. Apparently, apartments still get rented with NO LIGHT FIXTURES smh and this is LED meaning no light bulb required and its cheap. i dont have AAA for the remote, i wish it came with some but there are touch sensitive buttons on the lamp itself. top button on/off. middle button for light temperature (cool neutral warm) and bottom for light projection. tap for low, medium low, medium, or high. easy to disassemble and travel with once i leave this crappy apartment. 10/10 from me, wish it came with batteries for the lamp but honestly it having a remote is already a pleasant surprise. old fashioned lamps you have to turn on and off at the base, this is no different unless you choose to use the remote.

UK buyer here. This is the 2nd floor lamp I've bought from Amazon which HAS NO UK PLUG: it has a small transformer with a 2-pin plug (so not just a question of wiring up a UK plug) which seems to be for plugging into a US socket. The booklet says voltage range 100-240 V. So yes, you need to get an additional plug-adapter. A basic one is cheap, but Amazon MUST give essential details of this kind if it chooses to sell electrical equipment, this is not an optional element of description. PS at the time of writing all the reviews (I now notice) are from US. 4 months later: I kept it. It does the job, at the time of writing. It has an adequately heavy base. Its highest daylight setting works OK and it is bright. I have been unable to find its CRI but other similar models from marctronic (manufacturer) seem to claim at or above 85, which is pretty good. For the price, and *IF* it lasts 2 or 3 years, OK.
