Take nightly an hour or so before bed. Seems to help sleep although I still wake up several times in the middle of the night. Age and drinking too much water, etc. However, I do believe these help. Nice taste. Warning, they are coated with sugar.

I have been using Nature Made supplements for many years. I like that it is an American company and the quality is excellent. I take magnesium glycinate gummies every night to help me fall asleep and have a more restful night. I have also tried many brands trying to find the right balance between taste, quality, and cost. These gummies are soft and easy to chew with decent berry flavor. The only thing I don't like is that they are too sweet and covered in sugar. I am trying to cut back on sugar so don't want to add this much sugar in a small supplement right before going to bed. I really wish Nature Made could have a sugar-free version.

Son deeeemasiado dulces para mi, me las compré para llevármelas a un viaje que pensé me ayudarían a dormir mejor y a descansar pero las tuve que dejar abandonadas en un hotel porque no aguanté su dulzor. Llegaron bien en tiempo y forma pero no puedo con tanta azúcar, ahora ya compro cápsulas.
