Stands 10 inches off the floor to the top of the handle. All of them should be about the same. **Q: Why I can’t bug a pair, but only one?** A: Buy two! **Q: Are these kettlebells painted or powder coated?** A: If you mean do they have a smooth or satin surface...smooth. The powder coat is paint that's baked on at the factory so it flows into all the tiny voids in the surface and solidifies. If it were really 'painted' like with a brush there might be areas that didn't get covered leaving a pit for rust to form.
