The Monin Vanilla syrup pleasantly surprised me with its natural taste and smooth aroma - it’s not overly sweet and does a great job of balancing drinks, adding depth and a gentle sweetness; I’ve tried it in a variety of mixed beverages, including more “adult” recipes, and it blends in very harmoniously, not overpowering other ingredients but rather tying everything together into a more rounded and cohesive flavor profile, making even simple combinations feel more refined and bar-quality, while also dissolving well without leaving any artificial aftertaste, which is a big plus for me.

I really love this syrup and use it every day for my morning coffee. It adds a bit of sweetness and flavour without being overwhelming or cloying. Ive used it in both hot coffee and iced coffee and it gives them a smooth, slightly creamy taste. I’ve tried quite a few different syrups and this one definitely tastes more like real vanilla without being too sweet or artificial. You can use more or less depending on how sweet you like your coffee and it doesn’t burn even when put in the milk frother.
