I find them not as clumsy as normal tweezers and easy easier and lighter to hold giving me more control, therefore much safer - used a well known brand tweezers to freeze a stray eyebrow hair near my eye and scratched my eye (went to opticians as worried, put dye in eye to check, luckily only scratched the surface so healed within a day). Although nervous going near eye, these have helped and in my opinion are safer.
