I need to convert from 230v 50hz to 120v 60hz 350w. is this ac converter is a safe solution?

This seems to be an up/down converter--220-to-110 and vice versa. You need to position the selector switch properly. There is only one (1) outlet for each possible voltage, so you may need a splitter. The unit we have came with a standard U.S. 110V power plug. Mind the total wattage draw--max 500W and I wouldn't run it at the maximum forever.
