Review: Works great in wheelwells - I'm a professional body man, and this is the best plastic riveter on the market. It doesn't leave the little 1/8" tit that you have to cut off with the knock off brands. You also don't have to remove the wheels to install flares. The only shortcomings are a certain type of flare has recessed rivets that this tool cannot access, and you'll need a traditional style tool. The price i believe is a bit ridiculous, it's over double the cost of competitors, and it's been on the market over a decade. Only reason I bought this is my previous one grew legs.

**Q: What comes with the tool? Product detail just says, "Sold individually"**
A: It comes with a dozen 1/4 & 3/16 rivets its Avery nice riveter best I've found, I really like that you can get between the fender and tire without removing the tire

**Q: Where is this tool made?**
A: Shows in parts sheet included with tool, Designed and patented in the U.S.A

**Q: Do you think this tool would hold up in a work environment. Like setting 600 rivets a day?**
A: No I don't think it would stand up to that kind of usage, it was designed as a quick fix tool when the OEM fastener can't do the job. This is a light weight tool designed for "plastic" rivets used as automotive trim fasteners, in a typical body shop it may only get used a few times per week.  Wow 600 rivets a day not too many men's hands could stand up to that punishment. You'd be better off with a pneumatic rivet gun

**Q: What are the 2 sizes of rivets that this uses?**
A: I use 3/16" and 1/4" plastic rivets. The booklet with the Dent Fix riveter shows available 5.0 mm and 6.3 mm rivets.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jeep fender rivet tool!

If you need to replace a plastic fender, on a Jeep or similar project, that requires the use of 1/4” or 6.4mm PLASTIC RIVETS, then this is the tool for you. It’s ridiculously expensive compared to other rivet guns but it simply WORKS. I placed each and every rivet correctly on first try with 2 squeezes of the handle. None of the grief others have reported using cheaper products. Unless your budget prohibits the purchase, strongly consider this tool. How much is your time worth if you have to go to the dealer to get more of their overpriced plastic rivets because a cheaper product malfunctioned?
