I love this mural, but within two weeks it started peeling off the door. What now?

You could use glue dots, I suppose to hold it on but I had no difficulty with it staying on. I loved this mural. I put it on a door that contained the furnace and hot water heater. Looked just like a bookcase. Visitors to my apartment had to be told it was a mural because it looked so real. It stayed on with no problems and even though I have moved the new residents still have it on after several years and love it! This is also great for dementia patients who wander. They don't realize it is a door.

Does this have flame retardant?

I really don’t know if it is. I have them on inside doors on my lanai.
