My hair has been looking healthy for the first time in 10 years. Its because of using this biotin product.

I purchased this hoping for an efficient way to support healthy hair growth, stronger nails, and glowing skin. This liquid supplement, boasting 50,000mcg of Biotin & Collagen and claiming superior absorption to capsules, seemed like a promising option. The liquid form itself is convenient to take, and the taste is manageable, making it easy to incorporate into my daily routine. However, after consistent use over a period, I must admit that I personally didn't see much change in my hair, nails, or skin. While I appreciate that individual results can vary wildly with supplements, and it's entirely possible my body simply didn't respond as hoped, I haven't observed the significant improvements I was looking for. Ultimately, the product is okay. It’s easy to administer and doesn’t cause any adverse effects, which are definite positives for a supplement. If you're exploring different forms of biotin and collagen and perhaps respond differently to these ingredients, it might be worth a try. For my personal experience, however, it didn't deliver the noticeable benefits I was anticipating.

It’s really good tasting, I mix it in my morning drink and the bonus it gives me energy, it’s just a great way to start the day!!

I first ordered this stuff last Feb of 2025, due to my excessive hair loss at 32 yrs old, with the only possible explanation being stress. I had ordered it alongside a rosemary scalp oil, specifically designed to promote hair growth. Unfortunately, I had a hard time incorporating the scalp oil into my daily routine, as it made my hair appear to be greasy, and I’d gotten sewn-in extensions to make the hair loss less obvious (and these extensions shouldn’t be washed/dried on a daily basis for optimal life). However, the biotin was an easy addition, as it doesn’t taste bad, and is easy to hold under my tongue for 30 seconds whilst cleansing my face/prepping for bed! I hadn’t realized just how much of a difference the biotin has made in just one year, upon being asked why I’d gotten extensions in the first place, and looked up some reference photos from when I grew desperate. Not only has this product made it possible to have my extensions removed (if I choose), but it also has restored my self-confidence and THEN did something ELSE extraordinary! My husband and I went on a cruise beginning on October 12-19th. I got my nails done for the first time in a year on the 11th. Two hours later, I was packing in a hurry and, forgetting how to function with long nails, attempted to rip open an Amazon (ironic I know) box, and see if it had last minute vacay items inside. My nail caught the box just right, and after a great deal of pain and attempts to re-attach, along with a brief self-reprimand and ultimate acceptance of fate, ended up losing the entire fingernail. The first photo was taken on 11/25/25, when the entire nail had finally died (and I was forced to cut it down to avoid infection), and the last one is from today, 2/26/26 (funny the days and years lined up bc I didn’t plan this 😂); I asked Chat GPT how long I’d be waiting for a new nail if I lost it, and it told me 4-6 months at least- IF at all, bc there was a possibility that it may NEVER grow back. As you can deduce, it’s been 3.5 months, and my nail has not only grown back, it’s passed the “pink part” and now looks 90% normal!!! I attribute all of this to this product, because I’m honestly terrible about taking vitamins and eating healthily. There’s only one thing that could’ve done it, and that’s this product!
