A: One strap, but it does have a pocket that the tripod can partially go in

A: I think my lap top is 14 inches and it fits perfect.

**Q: Do the dividers come with the bag?**
A: yes

**Q: Are all 4 models carry-able to inside airplane?**
A: I have model 3 (the yellow interior) and I love it. Yes, this one definitely fits in overhead bin. 
I would consider the bigger one with more interior pockets but I have no idea if that one fits. I would check dimensions.
