Laurastar IZZI Plus Garment and Hard Surfaces Steamer

The Laurastar IZZI Plus delivers decent steaming performance overall, but after using it for a while, I feel it falls short in several important areas—especially considering the premium price tag. To begin with, the cord is surprisingly rigid and not user-friendly. For a product meant for everyday use, the cord’s stiffness makes maneuvering the steamer more difficult than it should be. Another drawback is the steam generation time. It takes quite long to get started, and even once you begin steaming, the unit struggles to maintain consistent temperature. After one or two shirts, the steam output noticeably drops as it tries to regulate heat, which interrupts the flow and slows you down. I also noticed an unpleasant burning smell during use, which makes the overall experience uncomfortable—especially when you’re working in a closed room. Considering all of this, the Laurastar IZZI Plus simply does not justify its price. While it does an acceptable job steaming garments and surfaces, there’s nothing exceptional about it for the investment it demands. For the cost, I expected far better performance, usability, and reliability.

It’s the best steamer I have ever seen in the US. Definitely worthy if you have luxury clothes that need delicate caring.
