The ultimate standard work on the Rolex brand is going into a new edition. Additional digital content in conjunction with the teNeues app available exclusively with the book Curated by best-selling author and "watch expert" Gisbert L. Brunner Includes numerous new models and references, e.g. anniversary editions of the Submariner (70 years) and the Daytona (60 years) The indisputable standard work on the history and iconic watch models of Rolex, an absolute bestseller! The Watch Book Rolex has long been undisputedly one of the best coffee-table books when it comes to the luxury watch brand. In this superlative coffee-table book, Gisbert L. Brunner, known among experts as the "watch pope", illuminates the history of the chronometric legend Rolex. In his usual artistic style, he explains what makes this brand unique and to what extent it has contributed to the technical development of the wristwatch. From the first officially certified wristwatch, to the waterproof "Oyster" case, to the technically sophisticated models of modern times, Gisbert covers everything the reader needs to know about the Rolex brand in impressive pictures and highly informative yet entertaining texts. In the third revised edition, the successful author has now also included the latest models of the legendary Submariner and Daytona series, the brand's traditional lines, which are already celebrating their 70th and 60th anniversaries. But in this edition, Gisbert also addresses the particular challenges facing the watchmaking trade in the advancing 21st century. The business is confronted with the increasing shortage of skilled workers. The author highlights the innovative projects and programmes with which the luxury brand is countering this trend in order to be able to maintain its own standards of guarantee and service in the future. Must have for people interested in horology or Rolex in general
Simply put, an awesome book on Rolex. Personally, I'll never own a Rolex, I think they are way overpriced for what you get. Don't get me wrong, outstanding horology, but I refuse to pay thousands of dollars over what I think the watches are actually worth just to help pay for all of their sponsorships, etc. Not to mention the artificial demand they create for their watches through their AD, simply too many better watches out there for me ... but I digress. I do love their horology though, and enjoyed reading this book. Great pictures and explanations of the various models, etc. If you are into watches, you should own this book.

So nice, I bought two!
This beautiful book makes a great gift for your watch lovers. It’s a nice coffee table book. The book cover isn’t velvet, but some lovely textured material. This is the second one I have purchased for a gift.

Elegant addition to any space
The Rolex book is pretty big and of great quality. It looks really nice on my coffee table and adds a classy touch to the room. A bit pricey, but definitely aesthetically pleasing and worth it for the look.

Top Class Book.
What a book, so nicely bound, thick printed pages and fab illustrations. In both English Dutch and French, so nicely laid out. Will enjoy having it in my collection. Recommended.

Very nice book - looks and content
Saw this book at a luxury hotel. A bit different from the Assouline you see in many places. This book is really attactive and very unique cover material that feels almost like suede. Oh, and the content is very good as well!

My favorite Rolex coffee table book (a true standout)
The Watch Book Rolex is hands down my favorite coffee table book. It’s absolutely beautiful, and everyone who comes over notices it right away. I own several coffee table books (Tom Ford and others), but this one genuinely stands out. The velvet cover feels premium and looks incredible on display. Inside, the book is packed with great visuals and a really enjoyable sense of Rolex history and evolution. I also love that it’s trilingual (French, English, German), which makes it feel even more special and “collector” in a way. Price-wise, it usually sits around $100–$150 depending on sales, and I got extremely lucky with a $60 Black Friday lightning deal. That was an instant buy. But honestly, even at $100, I’d still buy it again without hesitation. If you’re into watches at all, this is an easy recommendation.
