Faulty Product.
Dodgy product, on the instructions manual it says open the back cover screw to insert the batteries but in reality there is no screw for the back cover on the product. The product made some broken piece noice from with in, it looked like a used product. I got a pack of brand new batteries to operate but it never turn on.

Incorrect colour and damaged
Ordered a green frog, received a pink frog. It arrived with scuff marks and scratches, and the plastic seal is pulled apart, something is broken and rattling around inside. Took 2 weeks to arrive and is now useless.

Cute puzzle game
This is a great gift for anyone who loves frogs and puzzles. Wrapped nicely in a box and came with batteries. Seems durable for now and is fun to play with. It’s a bit loud, but there’s an option to mute it while playing. Buttons are soft and easy to use.
