What is the difference between the xbuo2pt1 and the xbuo2z models , please?

The Z model is a bare tool (no batteries or charger) and the PT1 model comes with (4)5.0Ah batteries and a 2 port charger. The blower is exactly the same for both versions.

Can the blower work with one battery?

No, this blower only works with two charged batteries.

An option says it can be bought with four 5 amp hour lithium batteries-$329, the same price as the two 5 amp hour batteries. Is this a correct?

Yes. I bought the 4 5ah kit and it’s about 1/2 the price of buying all the components by themselves.

does this have attachments for blowing up air mattress?

I use the tiny hand blower makita makes to blow up my air mattress. the nozzle on it fit perfectly over the opening on my air mattress. plus it's alot smaller and perfect for camping
