My iPhone 13 battery is at 88% efficiency for holding a charge and I recently was in a situation where access to charging was non-existent and I needed 12+ hours of battery life. Even after rationing my screen time I was under 10% remaining charge at the end of the day and that would not be enough.So after a quick search I ordered this on prime and it was on my doorstep the next morning, less than 12 hours from placing the order to getting it. Wonderful! I didn’t have to report to the set until 3pm that day so I took it and plugged it in to a 30W Apple charger using an Apple brand lightning cable as recommended in the instructions. Three of the 4 blue lights lit up and within an hour or so the fourth light lit and then the battery pack was fully charged. The instructions make a big deal on how to insert the phone into the case but frankly you just make sure the lightning male part inside the case is inserted into the iPhone female charging port and then press around the edges and the phone snapped into place. That part took maybe 3 seconds.The fit was perfect except some might not like that there is some space around the iPhone 13 back light and lenses so that the case can accommodate different generations of IPhones. I’m fine with it. What I really like is the velvety feel of the case side and back and how well all the case button perfectly match up to the side buttons on the iPhone itself. The case became an invisible extension of the iPhone case. The backside where the battery resides bulges out and then stops below the back lenses. The upper part has a shelf with some inset holes that become a perfect place to place your index finger when holding the phone. Actually my grip on the phone is so much better with this case than the bare phone. The case exterior is non slip but without the clingy grab of full silicone style cases. Additionally it does not attract pocket lint like the silicon cases sometimes do.The charging button on the back when pressed once will start up the phone charging which will be indicated by the ble LED flashing for a few seconds but even better the iPhone battery icon shows the lightning bolt in the battery symbol indicating charging is occurring. You can press the back button twice within a second or so to stop the charging button frankly all this soon became unnecessary. The iPhone electronics seem to “talk” to the charger electronics and the case starts to charge up the battery once it get to about 50% and then charging stops around 80-90%. All this is happen without my managing the charger.With this battery pack I can easily go 3-4 days between charges and when I do charge I just plug the Apple lightning cable into the case with the phone left installed. It all works so seamlessly that I can’t believe that this is not an Apple supplied accessory.A note about the charging port access. The case cut out on the bottom is perfect for the Apple brand lightning male connector and others that have the same size and form factor. If you have a third party lightning cable that is big and chunk you might have connection issues. The instructions clearly spell out to use an Apple supplied charger and Apple cable which I did and this combination seems to support the charging feature mentioned above. Non Apple charger and cable might not support these features.It comes with a glass phone shield that has an adhesive back and you just peel off the clear backing and place it on the super clean phone screen. It doesn’t have any 0f the screen shield positioning jig so you have to be careful. But it works and fits perfectly and you lose no sensitivity using the included glass screen protector.

Very disappointing. This battery case for iPhone 14 Plus lights up after pressing the button, and kept it charged for about a day. The lights stays on, but there is no charging symbol on.Not worth the money, and sending it back

Magnetization is strong enough, if it works well as a standby charger. I like to have an extra battery pack in my bag in the event I can’t get to a wall charger. They come in super handy during travel.

Do Not Buy!!! I have bought this item 4-5 separate times and every single time it’s defective and useless after 3 months. Not built to last at all. Terrible Quality as if it came from 5 below or Dollar General. Kinda Durable unless you’re counting the extra fragile port sticking out if you take your phone out the case the wrong way. Currently mines is fully charged and it will not even charge my phone even after cleaning my phone out and buying another phone. This thing is inconsistent and not worth the money despite how convenient it may look

At first I was ready to send it back.It wouldn’t charge my phone while in the case. but, after a few days of disappointment, I tried popping the top of the phone out of the case and it charges the phone when the phone is at that angle.So for the cost, and hassle of returning it, I’ve decided to keep it and adjust to the way it works.

My second case of this same brand. It’s a bit heavy so be aware of that and also a bit bulky but worth it. I got used to it and really like it as a backup battery and a protective case.

If I could give this no stars, I would. First one came in, worked for about 5 days, and then stopped working. No problem, sometimes you get a dud, whatever. Go through the return/replace process. It requires the original packaging, btw. Return was received, my credit was delayed by a month. Got the new one in, same thing. The screen protector was cracked within a week, case held charge but didn’t pass the charge along to the phone. At this point I’m just calling it a loss rather than fighting for a second return. Save your money, buy a magnetic battery pack. This case doesn’t protect your phone and it doesn’t work as a battery.

I used this battery case for just over a month. The charger worked as expected. However the lighting adapter can't used headphones and fell apart after second time removing it from the case.
