When the bed arrived, the package arrived opened with parts coming out the bottom of the package. When I opened it, the posts that went on the feet of the bed were scuffed and damaged. Thankfully, the rest of the bed was fine. I messaged the seller right away and they were very quick to reply. They offered to send replacement parts for the damaged ones. They will come in about 2 weeks as they have to order them from their suppliers in China. I am very very pleased with how the seller handled this and how quickly it was resolved. I have built the bed for now with the scuffed feet, and other than that, the bed looks absolutely wonderful and exactly like the picture. Very sturdy and nice bed.

Wonderful quality and sturdy too. The tufted headboard is stunning and looks more expensive than it is. Very durable and elegant overall. I put it together by myself and it took me a couple hours, but was fairly easy to put together myself. Great purchase.

Love this bed and it looks amazing. Just be aware that it sits fairly low to the ground so most “under bed” storage containers do not fit under it. I bought raisers, but it doesn’t seem like it has enough support when they’re on, so I removed them and just don’t put much under it. Otherwise, the bed is amazing and it looks so good!

Nice sturdy bed put it together by myself with no major issues. Does scratch easily and not so sure it is solid wood but looks good and most importantly my daughter loves it.

0 stars. Item received in undamaged box. Wood is cheap and flimsy. Footboard is broken. Missing connecting brackets. Seller has refused to refund my money for a week, but offered to compensate $200 to have the bed fixed. I have explicitly requested a full refund with every interaction and that I do not want this broken, cheap product. Do not buy this bed. Even if it wasn’t broken upon receipt, it would be soon. The foot board is barely thicker than poster board and this bed is not sturdy. Also one of the platform planks is essentially just made of splinters, beware of splinters while unpacking.

Great bedframe! It is beautiful and great quality! Super easy to put together! Came well packaged with no damage or anything and got here pretty fast! Real wood and just super pretty! Color matches the photos exactly! Highly recommend!

I took a chance on this bed after reading mixed reviews. I really like the color of the wood and it seems well made for the cost. As others have mentioned the fabric color IS NOT what is pictured in the product photos. It is definitely a darker color- more like a greyish tan. If you are hoping for an ivory color in any way, so not buy this bed. Aside from that, the wood is full of dings and scratches. Maybe a couple of them could be contributed to FedEx’s handling of the delivery as the box was pretty beat up. However, many of the damages that I discovered must have occurred prior to or during packaging. All in all, it’s not worth sending back, but just be aware that you will likely receive a damaged product. If you can get a decent price and are prepared to use some wood glue and stain pens, it is worth the purchase.
